This order is not a ranking. We do not measure defect checkers and we publish no grade for them, so nothing here says one is better than another. The order changes every day. Paid placements sit at the top and say so.

What a checker costs
Checkers set their own prices and are paid by you directly — we are not in the middle of it. The published market range is S$110–1,150 for an inspection.
You do not have to use one
A checker is worth it if you want a second pair of eyes on a handover, and plenty of people log their own defects perfectly well without one. How the app works.
