Defects Registry

For business

The tooling you need. And a record worth having.

Four kinds of business use this, for different reasons. Start with yours.

Who it’s for

Four ways in.

Interior design firms

A public grade you can market, plus the defect tooling your team already needs — per-scope checklists, every defect on a project in one view, and a sign-off record that ends the argument about what was still open.
For designers and firms

Defect checkers

The first quality record in a trade that has none — and it replaces your paper forms and your WhatsApp threads.
For defect checkers

Developers & main contractors

Show what happens after a homeowner reports a defect. Bulk intake across every unit, routed to the trade that actually fixes it, and a timestamped record of when it was done.
For developers and main contractors

Renovators & subcontractors

Per-scope checklists with photos, for whoever is actually on site. You’re added by the firm that engaged you, and there’s no account fee.
What it costs (nothing)

What’s the same for everyone

One record, one formula, no exceptions.

Whatever you use it for, the rules underneath don’t change per customer.

The evidence is yours

Every proof photo, every acknowledgement timestamp, every sign-off is your own submission. Nothing is scored from sentiment, so there is nothing to inflate and nothing to brigade.

The method is published

Every weight, every band and the exact arithmetic are on one public page. You can compute your own grade before we do. How grades work →

The price is the same for everyone

Banded by contract value, published in full, and read straight from the same table that bills you. No enterprise pricing, no negotiated exception. See pricing →

Independence

What we refuse to sell.

The refusals are the product. They are cheap to say and expensive to fake, so we say them on every page and hold to them.

  • We never sell leads — not yours, not to you.
  • We never sell placement, ranking or a “featured” slot. There is no top to buy.
  • We never take a percentage of your contract.
  • We never charge per designer. You pay per project, however many people you add.
  • Homeowners never pay us anything, so they are never the product either.
